How to Make the Field Guide "DNA of Forests"

Part of “Yamaguchi’s Future Classes β” in connection with the current development of new educational programs at YCAM based on the results of recent research activities, this workshop revolves around the creation of an original botanical guidebook, utilizing DNA analysis technology.

There is a wealth of information contained even in the most ordinary natural landscape that we look at quite casually. By collecting various plants, analyzing their DNA, and eventually creating a guidebook together, participants develop a compound stance toward nature.
