- Studio A
- A theatre-style venue for dance performances, plays, concerts and exhibitions, and at once a space for production work, with a maximum seating capacity of about 500 visitors in end-stage and 800 visitors in full-flat setting.
- Studio B
- Flat studio suitable for various forms of presentations, such as exhibitions, performances, visual projections, etc. Next to the necessary sound and lighting equipment for performances, the studio is equipped with movable walls that can turn Studio B into a light-shielded, white-cube kind of space.
- Studio C
- This hall with 100 fixed seats was designed primarily for film screenings. Various types of image software can be shown using the studio's projectors for slides, 35mm and 16mm film. Next to film screenings, Studio C can also be used for lectures, symposia and other similar events.
- Creative space "Bit Things"
- Space designed to serve as a stage for a variety of media. At "Bit Things", visitors/users can appreciate artists' works, or do their own presentations, events, or workshops.
- Foyer
- This open space that stretches in front of the main entrance is characterized by a large staircase. A unique symbol of the Center's flexibility, the Foyer serves as a venue for exhibitions, performances, lectures, and other events.
- Workshop
- A room for workshops, lectures, and other experience-based events designed to stimulate participants' curiosity and creativity.
- Laboratory
- The creative base of the YCAM InterLab - in charge of the commissioned productions and various space design work at YCAM - serves at once as a place for artists to work, and for the YCAM staff to pursue their daily creative and research activities.
- Kids' Space
- Visitors/users of the Center can make use of a babysitting service at the Kids' Space equipped with breast-feeding corners, baby beds, cushions, and a variety of toys, books, and videos.
- Patios
- These glass-surrounded spaces with vaulted ceilings can be found at four locations inside YCAM, connecting Studios, Foyer and Library.
- Restaurant "TRATTORIA ANCORA"
- At this casual Italian restaurant overlooking the Chuo Park (central park), visitors can enjoy delicious food and a beautiful view.
- Yamaguchi City Central Library
- The high ceiling gives the Library its distinctly open feel. An information hub for the region, the Library offers next to the usual services also educational and cultural programs, aiming to function as a platform for exchange among the citizens of Yamaguchi.
