This program is related to the "YCAM InterLab Camp" research & development project aimed to develop tools for simple creative work utilizing tactile sensation on the central theme of "techtile", a term coined to connect cutting-edge technology and tactile expression.
In presentations and discussions, invited experts from fields ranging from art, design and body expression, to engineering and science, convey a deeper understanding of the "techtile" concept. Furthermore, a tool that has been developed over a period of two years is distributed to participants who put it into practical use in workshops.
